Almost Halloween–who woulda thunk it :-)

So we arrived eleven weeks ago although in order to write that I now have to go back and figure it out because I honestly have no concept of time any longer.  I have never experienced anything quite like this – days just folding into one another and me not really knowing where the day or week really went.  It is the best feeling I have ever had but I’m not sure why.  I walk the dogs in the mornings now (Tom has the afternoon shift) and I love starting my day that way.  And I have added a couple of items to my week, yoga and choir, and that means that I have to have some idea of what day and time it is.  But it takes a conscious effort.
One of the things I have noticed the last many weeks is how much the garden changes day to day and week to week.  We have had the most gorgeous flowers that just pop out.  I honestly don’t know the names of many (almost all) of them but I will by the time they bloom again.  The plant book I have is somewhat lacking so I have ordered another to be picked up when we go to Denver in a couple of weeks.  In the meantime, here are just a few pictures of what I see every day………  I’m off to listen to the howler monkeys and their nightly chorus.  Hasta luego baby!!!
