It has been such a wonderful couple of days. Friday was our last day at work and we left at noon. The people who had claimed our furniture came by on Friday afternoon and picked it all up. We then went to our good friends Doug and Joyce and appetizers and wine before we headed out to Nectars for dinner. We had a great dinner with great company before we headed home to the barn.
Yesterday (Saturday) we went to a party that Polly (Tom's boss) and Sue (the great diretor of payroll and benefits at UI) had for us. It was honestly one of the best parties I have ever attended. All of our closest friends in Moscow (and Lewiston and Clarkston) were there and we had a great time.
Today we began packing up all of the stuff that we need to take to Goodwill, the dump, and to Colorado for the kids. It is amazing that we still have all this stuff!! We honestly thought that we had almost nothing left but when it came down to it, we may be hoarders :-) We had the garage sale in March and then have sold so many other things on the internet but still there is more. So - we will continue to get rid of all of it..............
